This document is an example of materials I make for onboarding vendors into settings for pivotal products that have no line precedence.

The art for this document was created for a Ghostfire Gaming 5th Ed SRD product, by 5 external freelance artists led by me over 5 days. I selected the artists not only for their skill and imagination, but for how they would gel as a team. 

The artists were encouraged to collaborate beyond our morning show-and-tells, and I remotely communicated with the writers on their behalf with questions and requests for clarification, which allowed the art to impact the writing as well. 

Copy for the document was created with help from the head writer, with layout done by me after the concept push, and 2 weeks later sent to 38 artists with their product assignment.
